Easton Lodge

Easton Lodge held it’s annual WW2 event in this beautiful garden. A collection of vintage cars was on show including several Austin Sevens & a vintage Bentley. One of the star attractions was the two vocalists singing a selection of WW2 favourites with some humour thrown in, like when the heavens opened we were treated to a great rendition of singing in the rain. For me another great exhibit was the vintage cameras all shown in a beautifully restored Willies Jeep along with it’s original trailer, all ready for action. The grounds of this once major property are well worth the visit.

  Two Soups

This lady reminded me of the famous character portrayed by Julie Walters with her "Two Soups". I managed to construct the action with the kind cooperation of the three ladies in my second shot.
Ready to order? Two soups.
