More Poppies

I took a second trip to the poppy fields I discovered a few days ago. The light was much more muted and as I wanted to do some ICM (intentional camera movement) shots & this light was going to be better than my last visit. I have been following a specialist photographer in the art on line. I need to put some more of his techniques into practise. I start this post with a few standard images.

Essex Poppy Field

When I am driving through the country, I am always keeping an eye out for a good landscape shot. Living in the flat lands of East Anglia I am always looking for an artistic tree or different crop. Today my luck was in, whilst passing through Wethersfield in Essex, three very large fields of poppies grabbed my eye.

Blake Hall Bobbingworth

This was my second visit to this wonderful building and gardens. My first visit can be seen here I can recommend a visit when the gardens are open to the public. As this is one of the most popular wedding venues, access is limited to a few days each year. The best place to find out the dates and times is via the National Garden Scheme their website here
