This beautiful garden is located near to the new town of
Harlow in Essex. It is almost a secret garden, not too many locals even know of
its existence. This was the home of Sir Frederick Gibberd he was the modernist
architect & planner of Harlow New Town. He acquired this site back in 1957
and worked to remodel the gardens with streams, pools, waterfalls there are
avenues of trees, lawns interspersed with lots of sculptures & ceramics.
The layout is fully established and full of surprises. You can see the full
details on their website The Gibberd Garden.
