At Christmas time each year Wimpole hall opens part of the
house to give a taste of how the members of the household, both above &
below stairs enjoyed this annual celebration.
The National Trust allows photography on some of their properties but
for good reason without using a flashgun or a tripod so photographers have to
resort to using a high ISO (increasing the sensitivity of the camera) this creates
a number of problems for the photographer which I have attempted to reduce, so
the quality of these shots is not as high as I would like. I would also like to
thank the staff and the volunteers for the cooperation.
