Epping Ongar Railway
On Saturday I paid a visit to the latest steam railway to go back into service, now running a regular time table this railway promises to become one of the best heritage lines in the country.

Hedingham Castle Jousting
Bank holiday Sunday the 25th I spent a very enjoyable day with my family. It’s only at holiday time we can all get together. The day was all about giving my grandchildren a full day of entertainment, so we went to the jousting at Hedingham Castle, this is a really good family spectacle. The jousting team this time was the” Knights of Royal England & Fair”. Their horsemanship was superb, managing the show in what seems to be a very confined space with speed, safety & elegance.
