Greenwich on a Wet Day.

Wednesday was forecast to be very wet all day, I was staying a few miles away from Greenwich so, I put on my foul weather gear, covered my camera with a plastic mac & went looking for pictures in the rain. Now this is my first time of working in such an iconic place in these conditions. It has everything architecture, lots of shiny buildings, misty views & people with umbrellas.

The Thames Barrier & Docklands

I have been trying to find an opportunity to visit the Barrier for some time now, well this last Sunday I finally drove out to the south side of the barrier.

 

You get a fabulous view of London Docklands buildings. The London skyline looks pretty good.

Eltham Palace

Jazz on a summer’s afternoon, is a regular Sunday event at Eltham. It was great to be doing my photography whilst the sounds of Jazz drifted across the gardens.
