Southwold
For the second half of my day I moved further along the
coast to Southwold the beach had lots of people enjoying this early spring day.
I have noticed that I have only to point my camera in the vague direction of some people and they instantly strike a pose, I guess that it’s due to the selfie habit

Sizewell
Having looked at the forecast for yesterday it dictated my
destination for my day’s photography. The weather was going to be bright all
day on the east coast above Felixstowe so I set off for Sizewell B the next venue
for my beach quest. The forecast turned
out to be 100% accurate, on my way home I drove over lots of wet roads with overcast skies yet I had enjoyed a brilliant day which is what I needed for
this shoot.
I met a guy that works at the power station & he pointed out the birds using the thermals that are generated from the white dome over the reactor. He also said that the water outfall is a good feeding station for the birds as the warm water attracts lots of fish.

Wimpole Hall
This Easter Sunday the weather has been bright sunshine one minute
and then pouring with rain the next so I have started another project that I have
been thinking about for sometime. Shooting in wet conditions, what would normally
be considered as very poor light. Using bokeh , reflections, wet surfaces and glowering
skies. Ann Miles gave a lecture sometime ago on using all the light conditions that
come your way so here goes I have made a start.
