Benington Lordship Gardens

This is my second visit to Bennington. Last time was in the middle of the summer when the gardens took on a completely different look. I enjoyed this winter garden with so many varieties of snowdrops & so many other winter flowers in bloom.

Bridge End Garden

Carol & I were having a Sunday roast at a favourite pub so, before we enjoyed our dinner, we decided to see how things are going in the popular Saffron Walden gardens. Set in the middle of the town it is a haven and a very easy place to visit.

Robinson College University of Cambridge

The college has opened it’s gardens to the public as part of the NGS open gardens scheme. Today was very bright, not a cloud in the sky so, lots of shadows everywhere. I will return later in the year when the gardens are in full bloom.

The chapel has a beautiful stained glass window, unfortunately I did not have my tripod with me so, something else for next time.
