More IR practice
I frequently use the village of Thaxted as a place to test out ideas and equipment. The light was very bright yesterday so I took my IR camera out to see if I could improve my technique.

Testing the IR Canon 20D
I have just received my Canon 20D back from Norfolk having
had an IR conversion carried out. So this afternoon I went to Anglesey Abbey
and had a play with the camera, it’s going to take some practice to get the
best out of it and I will have to perfect the post production phase, lots to
learn.

Scarecrows in Tewin
Today was a very grey & wet day but the community of this very pretty Hertfordshire village put on their annual show of fun scarecrows. It was well worth the visit.

Hatfield Forest Woodfest
I spent a very enjoyable afternoon at my local National Trust forest where they put on a wood festival. Lots of wood carving and musical entertainment, something for all the family.
