This is my second post from
my wanderings around the English villages within an hour or so of my home.
Ardeley is a small East
Hertfordshire village. It has a beautiful village green surrounded with a
number of traditional thatched houses. Opposite is the church of St. Lawrence’s
it has a small pond just outside the church yard, unfortunately the strong shadows
today stopped me from taking any shots of it. Ardeley is the
quintessential English village.
